3. Products & Pricing

We strive to display our products and their descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or availability are always accurate, complete, or current. Colors and images may vary depending on your device settings.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors or inaccuracies and to cancel any orders placed containing such errors.

Promotional discounts, bundles, and coupon codes are subject to specific terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Acceptance of your order is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed and we dispatch the items.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are encrypted and we do not store your full card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms.

5. Taxes

Prices displayed at checkout include applicable taxes, including a 15% GST where relevant. The tax amount will be itemized in your order summary before payment.

You are responsible for any additional import duties, customs fees, or taxes applicable in your jurisdiction for international shipments.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on your location and product availability.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with packaging intact. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Certain items, including those marked as final sale, are not eligible for return. Bundled products must be returned as a complete set.
